Los Angeles witnessed widespread festivities after the Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-match World Series title. Supporters worldwide united with Angelenos in celebration, marking the first time in 25 years that a franchise has secured back-to-back championships.

Celebration Parade Draws Massive Turnout

Local celebrations featured a procession through the city center on Monday morning, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.

Online footage show countless of Angelenos packing city center avenues, many carrying homemade signs and team flags. The squad was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the crowds, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.

“I’m already thinking about the third time we’re going to do this,” Shohei Ohtani remarked through an interpreter.

The parade route ended at Dodger Stadium, where the players emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard spinning music and Ice Cube cruising a light blue classic car around the field.

Celebrations started well before the procession, with Dodgers fans lighting fireworks in the roads of Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday night.

The World Series MVP, named the World Series’ Most Valuable Player, spoke directly about the win.
